Overview
Some locations received free online ordering equipment during the initial rollout (tablet, case, charging dock). A printer was not included. This guide outlines how to request a printer for those locations.
Who is this for?
This process applies to locations flagged as Free Equipment Locations in Monday.com or Salesforce.
What you'll need:
Access to Zendesk
Access to Monday.com and Salesforce to verify equipment eligibility
Steps to Request a Printer:
Open Zendesk and create a new ticket.
Use the subject line format:
Store Address | Printer Request
Add internal notes to the ticket.
Include who made the request.
Note that the location is a Free Equipment Location.
Tag the 5&5 team using
@5&5and request that they add the store to the printer request list.
Share the ticket with 5&5.
On the left-hand menu, click Sharing and select 5&5 from the dropdown.
Update the ticket status.
Set the status to On Hold.
